  • Visit to the Mirepoix market (10:00 AM). Optional: Enjoy lunch at a local bistro or a picnic with market delicacies.

  • Cooking workshop (3:30 PM).

  • Group dinner (8:00 PM).

Tuesday – Wine Excursions
 

  • Breakfast (08:00-09:30 AM).

  • Visit to a vineyard (10:00 AM).

  • Lunch and second wine tasting (1:00-2:00 PM).

  • Group dinner (8:00 PM).

Wednesday – Free Day and Cooking

  • Breakfast (until 10:00 AM).

  • Free morning/afternoon: Explore the village, relax by the pool, or let us arrange an activity for you.

  • Cooking workshop (3:30 PM).

  • Group dinner (8:00 PM).

Thursday – Limoux and Local Producers
 

  • Breakfast (until 10:00 AM).

  • Tasting of Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux.

  • Optional lunch in Limoux.

  • Visit to a local producer (e.g., cheese, honey, or charcuterie).

  • Aperitif and tapas evening (7:00 PM).

Friday – Farewell
