Together with regional winemakers, we organize unique dinner evenings among the vines or in atmospheric wine cellars. During these special nights, you’ll enjoy carefully curated menus, perfectly paired with the wines of the estate.

Each season, we challenge ourselves with new flavor combinations, creative dishes, and innovative culinary concepts.
Local products are at the heart of everything: think fresh vegetables from nearby farms, artisanal cheeses, olive oil, honey, and of course the wonderful wines from Limoux, Malepère, Cabardès, Minervois, Fitou, and the Côtes Catalanes.
